Policies & what to expect预订须知与拍摄政策
Deposit订金 — A deposit is required to confirm your time slot. The balance is paid on the day of the shoot (cash or transfer).需支付订金以确认拍摄时间，余款拍摄当天以现金或转账方式支付。
Arrival time到达时间 — Please arrive 15 minutes early for Ao Dai fitting. If you booked hair & makeup, arrive 60 minutes before your shoot time.请提前15分钟到达以试穿奥黛。如已预订妆发，请在拍摄时间前60分钟到达。
Late arrival迟到 — Late arrival will shorten your shooting time accordingly. We cannot extend into the next booking.迟到将相应缩短拍摄时间，无法延占下一档期。
Ao Dai costume奥黛服装 — Costumes are rented for the duration of your session only and must be returned before you leave. They cannot be taken off-site.奥黛服装仅限拍摄期间租用，拍摄结束须归还，不得带离工作室。
Hair & makeup妆发造型 — Once the session begins we are unable to redo hair & makeup mid-shoot. Please review your look before we head out.拍摄开始后无法在中途重新化妆或造型，请在出发前确认您的状态。
Rescheduling改期 — Free of charge if requested more than 24 hours before the session.提前24小时以上申请可免费改期。
Weather天气 — In case of heavy rain we will reschedule together at no extra cost.如遇大雨，我们将免费协商重新安排日期。
Photo delivery照片交付 — All original photos are shared via Google Drive on the same day. Edited photos are delivered within 3–5 business days via online album.所有原始照片当天通过Google Drive分享；精修照片在3–5个工作日内通过在线相册交付。
